Initial consult fee is to be paid before any design work is begun

Any additional work completed outside of the agreed quote will be charged at an hourly rate

Should you wish to cancel your agreement with Miff Design, you will have to provide this in writing and any outstanding accounts must be paid.

All photo/images taken are used for example purposes only these may be used on social media, business websites or in portfolios

Work will not commence if payment has not been made

No design is to be used without consent or without signature

No work should be published until full payment has been made unless payment plan has been issued

Confirmation of final designs will be sent before printing commences. Miff Design is not liable for any incorrect information once printed nor

change of mind after customer has revised and agreed to final design.

PAYMENTS

Payments are to be made via direct debit on or before due date

No payment details will be used or passed on without your permission.

Winner will be able to choose from available stock and colours. If none suit, they will be issued a gift card to use at the next launch of seaters.

Winner is entitled to a maximum of 9 letters only in their preferred colours. Flowers can be added at an additional cost.

Item can be shipped free of charged or local pick up.
